Discussion was held on what the family members are to pay every year to cover food during the reunion and special assistance on the off years. It was also discussed that Falcon family members that bring other like (in-laws, friends) will be charged an extra $50.00 to cover food and other items bought for the reunion. Deadline for the money in is February 1st of each year to Uncle Ralph. Even if you are not attending the reunion. Talk to your family members and suggest maybe sending $5.00-$10.00 a week. It is important that the money come in so we can continue this reunion.
Jody made a motion, Mary Lou seconded, to continue to hold the reunions in Texas. All in favor with Linda Majerus opposing. Motion Passed.
Please send suggestions on foods (hot dogs, lunch meat, breads, fruits and salads) to buy and make for the younger group at the next reunion.

Mary Lou made a motion, Mencho seconded, to pay all bills we have incurred before we buy a building to store all items for the reunion.
Motion was made to have the reunion at Jody's site in 2008. If this is not available the group in Camp Wood will decide where to have it.
Sally wants to know who will make the final decision on the money used for emergency assistant. May we suggest one person from the north, one from the south and one Elder, a group of three to make the decison.
